Hide the 'Ref. Value' and 'Currency' field in SD Document Flow

Hi All,

I want to hide the field 'Ref. Value' and 'Currency' field in SD document flow. I tried to find in SDN and across many portals but couldn't get any solution yet.

If anyone has come across this, please help me.
