Only Annual leave will be encashed.
IF Employee have 25 leaves at the end of the year 10 will be encashed , what you will do with remaing 15 days leave pls give clear inputs
The Remaining 15 leave will be carry forward to next year.
Some time, employee resign in that case his Annual leaves will be encashed.
Plse suggest the process for same...
