Hi Experts,
We have a tool which is a webdynpro program , The program is updating infotype 0,1 and 2 for external employees into the system.Since we hire external employees in this tool, we dont create any other infotyoe. When we approve a request through the portal , the approver gets an error which states “personal number cannot be locked”.
On a deeper analysis we found that this message comes from the standard function module “HR_MAINTAIN_MASTERDATA”.
Seems like this issue happens only in real time and we are unable to debug the same. Whenever we debug, we see that the issue is not happening.
Since this is quiet business critical any pointers on the same would be highly appreciated.
