Hi Jepi,
it depends on the Configuration structure checkbox on the User Interface tab of the Configuration profile - Configuration initial screen.
If it is checked you can see the second screenshot (config browser).
If it is not checked you can see the first one.
You can check or change it with transaction CU42 for the given material/profile.
