you can difine transportation area and route null in sap so that you can take into account transportation costs.
For example; a client have a two company , one of them business on logistic. You can do a relation for delivery and transportation document. Logistic company send invoice for logistic business to other company.
Invoice details : you have to calculate distances of routes X km price.
