Hi Alaap,

I suspect the new clusters created by your BASIS team is marked inactive. The cluster would have to be tied to a Directory Configuration and a Context.

I think it would be better to raise a message with SAP and provide screenshots of all the Cluster Configuration screens and Directory Configuration screens.
