Installing Additional Application Server on Sap Netweaver BW 7.3 on HANA

Hi

At present we have our SAP system NetWeaver BW 7.3 (AS ABAP) on HANA,

And i am looking for a strategy to Installing 2 Additional Application Server but could you help me to get overall information about the best strategy (steps, procedures...) in order to install it with the best practices. I have been looking for information but did not get successful.

OS: AIX 6.1

DB: HANA 1.00.69.03.388114
