They installed Tomcat7 and did the deploy of all applications on there, everything is working fine, less the Mobile application from IPAD.
With that, I'm trying to validate first the Mobile apps deployment, and I found in a guide this url to test if it's correctly deployed or not: http://10.32.144.162:8080/MobileBIService/MessageHandlerServlet?message=GetVersion
If I do this same command in other environment that is everything working, returns a xml file. In this customer case, it's always returning an HTTP 500
