BAPI or function module for inbound delivery from subcontractor

Hello Experts,

Is there any BAPI or function module or synchronous webservice to create inbound delivery for subcontracting PO. I know there are function modules to create inbound delivery but the problem is those doesnt have structures for component details and batch characteristics.

So the function module should be having structure similar to DELVRY07 IDOC. This is to use in a custom built portal for subcontractors. We would like to use real time validation and update of inbound delivery through function modules instead of IDOCs.
