Good morning!
ECU is nothing but the control unit used to control the E&E components & Engine in the vehicle.
Currently in my company E&E designer will release the program in the ECU prog server and associated reference part number in the variant BOM.
In production system production order will be created against the part number and sent to the MES shopfloor system for vehicle level flashing witht the production order reference.
Here my problem is increase in the variant number & the BOM in the system.
What could be the best solution without integrating the reference part number into the BOM & production order?
I want to move everything to move out from BOM & production orders.
Kindly help me out from the crisis and expecting the best solutions from the solution experts.
