There is standard rule TE20 which checks generate a information message with COLER01I which is means employee is not at work ,which means if there are no records in IT2011 and IT2001 and IT2002 ,

Copy the same rule into ZE20 and after this COLER01I HRS=1 ADDDB9LOP which holds losspay days. Add the same balances to a wage type which deducts the salary.
