Kavitha, please see note 1027362 - JSPM does not patch SAP_BUILDT and EP_BUILDT.
Some SCAs (like sap-buildt) have no deployable content. These SCAs have only BUILDARCHIVES, but no DEPLOYARCHIVES folder.
