1. Will this experience will help me in my ABAP career ?
-> This depends on how much time you have used the application and still how sound you are with SAP ABAP. Using an application and developing the same application are two different things for sure. But yes, this experience will surely help you from end user point of view. 
2. I am not getting any development objects (just application) . so what should i do for better career .
-> If you seriously want to go with SAP career, you should find a job where in you get chance of development instead of being an end user.
3. In future shall i go as Technical consultant or Functional consultant ?
-> If you are good with setting up the configuration and understanding the business properly in SAP, then you can go as functional consultant. If you feel you are more comfortable with coding stuff , then you should go as technical consultant only.
