Please check the install log file in /opt/sap/SAP_Business_One_Server/logs. The file will have a name like Install_2013-05-30_09:02:46.log. In the file search for SEVERE, this will show you the errors that were generated. Most likely, you will need to uninstall the Server, delete /opt/sap/SAP_Business_One_Server/ (rm -rf /opt/sap/SAP_Business_One_Server) and reinstall. If you installed PL2 for server tools you should install pl2 for Server.
