Hope you are fine. Karri, i am putting tis question here because here you already know about my WF. i have successfully done the sending of an email to multiple people but there is another requirement user asking for. Now they want that different email format should be send to different people. e.g in my WF, an acknowledging email send to 3 people. Now they want that 3 different emails with different format should be send to these people. Can we do this? How?
