Here is the scenario our customer wants to implement:
- When service ticket is saved, send an email notification to customer (with workflow rules)
- If customer has opted out of email notifications, email should not be sent.
Does anybody know whether the scenario above is covered with customer Marketing permissions?
I have got a feeling marketing permissions will work for marketing outbound email campaigns but not necessarily for workflow rules with email notification like the scenario above.
Can anybody confirm please?
