Hi Suman,

 

As per my understanding any local payroll software or ERP such as Oracle HRMS or SAP HCM etc may follow the statutory compliance of state such as India.

Organizations are bound to follow the statutory compliance such as- Provident fund PF, Employee state insurance corporation,  Income Tax, Bonus Act, Gratuity act, Minimum wage act, Labour welfare fund, professional Tax etc.

My requirement is how to migrate employee from Esi to pf after September

The software configure (Standard configuration) such a way that they can follow the statutory compliance which include PF, ESIC etc.

In SAP HCM standard configuration is such as way that deduction the PF & ESIC deduction September month onwards automatic also.

Understanding are more important, correct marking are not important for me
