Check, whether goods receipt indicator (AFPO-WEPOS) is set in the order header on tab page 'Goods receipt'. If this indicator is not set, you might have to check the settlement rule of the order and set this indicator subsequently
Goods Receipt Indicator is set at order creation if the settlement rule contains the corresponding order item or a sales order item as settlement receiver.
Check settings in the settlement profile (Transaction OKO7)
Check OMS2 for quantity update check box" for your material type.
