Hi Nazarene,
Did you tried by logging into some other system and see whether the same error happens ?
Check whether this effects.... Also in IE - Internet options - Security - Enable Protected Mode
General suggestion is clear all temp files and check it (Hope you should have done already)....
If this works in IE9, may be some other setting to be made in IE11 to remove this error.
