I found the cause of this performance problem. The main conflict was inconsistent loading time between RSA3 and executing infopackage as Full.
When I execute RSA3 for 1000 data, the extraction process completes about 1 minute. However, when I start loading with full option in infopackage for 50000 data, the process time is more than 3 days. The time increase with data exponentially. The cause is that I forgot cleaning some of the internal tables. After cleaning, the loading process for 50000 data completed 50 minutes.
