I have solved the issue by resize the memory. You can resize the memory in new CMC GUI .

However, i just caught into 1 terrible situation. The version of BOE4.1 SP1 installed is not compatible with DS 4.1 SP2. Any experts can give me a good suggestion? Should i Uninstall the BOE 4.1 thru Program and feature?
