Extract the .zip folder and go to client folder which you want to use and find setup.exe.
Open command prompt in that folder, Run the command as below
setup.exe -i GUI LAX_VM "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\<Your Java Version>\bin\java.exe"
It also works to install SAP GUI on Windows 2012 and Windows 8
