I'm currently trying to execute Deployment Heuristics after CTM planning Run.
I understand that we have to un-check the box for "Substitute Categories for SNP with" in CTM Global Settings, for SNP Deployment to consider AG and BH categories.
But when i un-check the box and execute CTM Planning run, i get lot of errors related to "Multi-Level error propagation carried out" and no orders are being created. So the question is should we un-check the box or not. If not, then the Deployment Heuristics is not getting executed.
Has anyone experience this issue? Would appreciate if you can provide some recommendations.
