We are using HR Renewall 2.0 and we are discussing how to develop workflows on it.
We would like to use a technology that is user-friendly, because the intention here is to give the end-user the knowledgement so that he will be able to change the workflows in the future after the support time.
When I heard about it I thought that this kind of tool didnt exist, but I have heard about EIC ( CIC in the document www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/6933bd90-0201-0010-9285-804e46ab4c12?QuickLink=index&overridelayout=true&5003637139024 ), and SAP said that its possible to create templates and the end-user can change it after go-live alone in a portal iview. I have heard that EIC has migrated to the SSF ( Services Shared Framework ), so after that I dont know what is the situation.
Does anyone have used it, and know what is the best option for developing workflow?
I just know the option of the traditional abap workflow. Do you recommend me any other option for HR workflow?
