You can use ME80FN to view all the three documents with PO as selection crieteria.
Plz check MB51 when you enter PO no. you will get GR no. but no invoice.
Else in ME2N, investigate selection parameter indicator for GR and IR, in report at the end you will see POH(Purchase order history) by clicking on it you can see GR and IV document.
As such you cannot find all the three in one report. You can apply your logic and include all the three in one report.
