Dear Pranav,
In general, system only allow you open two fiscal years in AA side.
I am not sure how you open some many fiscal year.
However, if you want to open fiscal year 2015, you need to close fiscal year to 2013 at least.
Please update run AJAB from 2011 to 2013 to close the fiscal year.
If you get any error during the fiscal year closing, please show us the error.
