Breaking into SAP for beginners is very difficult.
Generally, for an analyst to add value in SAP (any module), one needs 3 to 5 years of SAP work experience. Therefore companies are not interested in hiring beginners and only interested in experienced SAP professionals.
The key is to keep studying the SAP theory and practicing in sandbox.
Read the FI threads in forums like SCN, Toolbox etc. this will give you exposure to real time issues.
Perseverance and hard work are essential. And treat gathering knowledge as a victory rather than measuring self by employed / unemployed status.
