Yes, I can see these perspective in HANA studio,as I understand With SLT we can replicate ABAP tables in HANA,based on these tables we can create different type of view in Modeller perspective , we can also use flat files to create views on top of them.

If your a  Modeller ,I hope you will not have any privileges  to develop in Development prospective.

I have seen in  OpenSAP about HANA native app development. but I am not clear about the Business use case of HANA native app development.
