Hi Sri Sai,
In standard system you don't see sales order and purchase requisition in MD04 as both are not relevant for planning.
On the other hand you mentioned you add one line item (for quality) and this is the one which I think is visible in MD04. Considering that I think you want to do this netting of SO with this extra line (correct me if I am wrong).
If that's the case, then this is what you can do:
- Let system work the way it is for real PR/PO.
- Write a logic to add Sales order number in PR with USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_ME_REQ in some custom field. Then copy this data to PO (in the virtual line item for QA) in custom field when PR converted to PO.
- With the help of this field i.e. Sales Order number you can show the sales order in MD04 with badi MD_CHANGE_MRP DATA.
- The logic should be if such PR/PO has open line item i.e. without GR, populate SO number in MD04 with requirement quantity (just for visibility but not for transferring requirement to planning).
- As soon as GR id done, PO will vanish from MD04 and so is SO Iand in case of PR if deleted then SO should be removed).
I hope now you will be able to develop this solution else confirm the same.
