Only those characteristics which are included in KEQ3 will be part
of table CE4XXXX.
When KE24 is read with 'read acc to current str' it first reads from
CE4XXXX and then CE1XXXX unlike 'read as posted' which only reads from
CE1XXXX.
The only way to get this historical info in CE4XXXX is via tcode KEND
i.e. realignment. However you need to check if it is possible in this
case since it is not always effective.
It is not always possible to get a characteristic filled via KEND.
You need to have a derivation rule which will work based on the data
available in CE4XXXX table.
If you are willing to try realignment, please don't do it in Production.
