good news guys,
I've found a way to solve this issue:
- go to transaction code LPD_CUST
- change this launchpad, role: HRTMS_NAV, instance: OBN
- change the following parameter:
> application type: WDA Web dynpro abap
> namespace: SAP
> application: HRTMC_TA_ASSESMENT
> system alias: we are using "SAP_ECC_HumanResources" for back end connection.
> application alias: ASSESSMENT
- still on same screen where you changes the parameter value, go to Extras > General Settings > OBN Navigation Mode > select "user set to roles"
- save and re-test
