Thanks a lot for your advice,

My problem is that even if I run the import job, the job has to run twice to move TRs.

At a first attempt this job seems doing nothing and transports are not moving. At second attempt the job is moving TRs.

And funny enough, the job log is the same at the first and the second attempt:

However, the Import Monitor log shows this:

Any guess why this happening?
