May I know how you are transferring the stock? Is it STO or direct plant to plant transfer.
You can update the minimum order quantity in the material master sales view (MVKE-AUMNG) with transaction MASS with object type BUS1001. Select the sales view and execute.
If you want to change the info record minimum order quantity (EINE-MINBM) and select the object type BUS3003 and execute. Now select purchase org data or fields tab and change as required.
Another option will be creating an LSMW recording to change the minimum order quantity.
