As it is described in the SAP note 1741024: "A function is missing in the area of document link for inspection lots."
If you implement the note with all of its prerequisites you will be able to assign documents from the document management system to an inspection lot, and the documents can be displayed in results recording as well.
I don't know whether this note fulfills your business requirements, but if you decide to implement the note, you must follow a certain order, when implementing it, it is described very well in the note.
