Anton thank you for reply. You are saying Bank Branch field (whichever command like FI02 and so on) has nothing to do with swift. What do I have to type in Bank Branch value? Could I just type in all situations (for entire world, regardless of continent/country/financial institution) the last three positions of 11 digit swift code as being value in Bank Branch? And if swift only has 8 digit then add ''XXX'' to swift (but we are talking about bank branch field and not swift) and also add XXX to bank branch field?
Example:
If swift is BDFEFR2TGDP then I have to add in Bank Branch field the following value: GDP
If swift is BDFEFR2T then I have to add in Bank Branch field the following value: XXX
Will this work? Obviously swift code is provided by either account holder of account receiving money or/and account holder of account sending money. Or even researched by me.
Basically I would just like to ensure myself if that logic is correct because I am little worried I would be required to get value for field Bank Branch from bank account number which I have no idea how to.
