Hello Alex,
1) do you have IDOC setup to send the roles through IDOC to Quality/production. If you have this setup - you can check any delete IDOC is created.
2) if the above setup is not done - then you need to add that roles again in a TR and try to delete this time capture this in TR. Move the TR to Quality and production...
