Dear Champs / Gurus .
I am new as SAP CRM Functional Consultant . My requirement is to make ACTION Assignment Block as Mandatory that until user will not schedules action document should not save.
Can it be tackle solely through SAP CRM Functional end or any technical expertise require for that. Please share any document related to the configuration steps of this scenario.
