I have solved the issue ... I just apply aggressive measures.
I just remove all my java setting and JDK's, just keeping the JDK installed by PB 12.5
and it worked fine. Java settings still not showed on PB IDE but app runtime is fine.
This support your guess about each version is compatible with Java version.
