Have you tried to disable the logging for these custom applications?
It can be done in NWA -> Log Configuration, where you can specify the Severity level for each application. So you see a lots of ERROR messages you can raise the log severity to FATAL or NONE.
You can also bring up the help (by simply clicking on the red alarm you showed in the screenshot and select Help) which will explain the steps.
