Mobile Web App loads without styles

I don't know if this is the right place to ask this, but I am trying to learn how to make mobile apps and I am following along with the openSAP course on Introduction to Mobile Solution Development. I am on Week 1 Unit 5 currently and I was following along just fine until I ran the project on Chrome. The text appears fine but the stylings are gone. The download came with everything as is, so I did not tamper with anything. I am attaching the screenshot of the result of my application. If anyone can tell me what the problem is, I will really appreciate it.
