Issue Fixed.
I was implemented both notes and was having the same issue. I am not sure what was the issue. Now I re-implemented the same both notes again after cleared all custom files, Stop tomcat deleted tomcat work directory, and start tomcat. Here I have re-deployed BOE after restart the tomcat. I guess that is helped me to resolve this issue.
