The message is raised in CL_HRESS_PTARQ_LREQ_ATT_GUIBBL=>GET_ATTACH_ADDITION_INFO Line 42. The reason is that the system is checking for an entry in table TOADD which is missing. For jpeg this is image/pjpeg. Please add this entry. or make it * as indicated above
