HRPBSIN_AC_INFU Infotype update error

Dear Experts,

Please provide the information to update IT267 through HRPBSIN_AC_INFU reimbursement claim,

  After Employee applied Medical reimbursement (SMED) through Portal,

1. Using HRPBSIN_AC_INFU  to update IT267

But while update, system through following Error.

   1. Cluster updates Error. Please try again after some time.

  2. Payroll Area is Released for Payroll or Correction or Checking.

Error :  Payroll Area is Released for Payroll or Correction or Checking.

Control record status - (Release For Payroll  & Release for correction)

Error:   Cluster updates Error. Please try again after some time. - Control record status - Exit payroll

I noticed the errors getting based on Control record status (PA03) :

1. Released for Payroll - Payroll Area is Released for Payroll or Correction or Checking.
2. Released for Correction - Payroll Area is Released for Payroll or Correction or Checking.
3. Exit Payroll - Cluster update Error. Please try again after some time.

I tried with all the status of control record, but I am getting same above mentioned error, And unable to update Info type.

Kindly suggest avoiding this error and get update Infotype.
