It's a information message so it will not to calculate anything in the payroll .
As you know TR90 is used in TM04 schema (Negative time evaluation schema or we call it time evaluation without clock-in/outs) and I think you are running the same method.
If you have the standard TR90 it controls time wage time selection rule group for table V_T510S by VARSTMOD W operation(Please find help of VARST operation in PE04). Then it reads balance of time type 0005 of previous payroll period day by HRS=X0005 and adds current day balance of 0005 by HRS+D0005 to it.
Have a look into V_T555A(time types). You see time type 0005 is Flextime balance and 0006 is Flextime excess / deficit.
As you know some of most important time types which system produce during time evaluation are Flextime / Overtime / Attendance hours / Planned working time and so on.
The flextime balance represents the difference between the working time that is calculated as planned work and the planned working hours is specified in daily work schedule which EE have to work. By the way, following items also are count as working hours:
- Attendances
- Overtime
- Paid leave / sickness
So I think in your case your daily work schedule should be 8 hours and when you exceed 8 hours you are getting this message. As I said PT admin should follow messages day to day thru PT_ERL00.
If you look into the rule you will see system controls if the difference is positive(>) or negative(<) and generate two different messages(number 41 and 42). You can find list of all messages in V_T555E.
