Please consider yellow highted fields.
So at PO line item level, we have to synchronize "Plant" and "Storage location" of all line items to 1st valid line item. In this case line#10 is valid, so our reference is 10. (Same requirement for shipment data as well)
If a user add another line#40 or changes line#20 or 30 any field, it should synchronize the plant and storage location of all line items to line#10. As I mentioned earlier, at PO Save it is working fine only for changed line items but not considering others.
