I am determining using the custom BO method and agents will be stored in a Z table. If the agent determination failed, I want to send email to the one admin person and admin person will check the Z table and maintain the correct entries.
After that I need to allow the admin to proceed for the agent determination again and resume the workflow flow. How can I achieve this logic? Can I use the wait statement with wait for condition?
