Custom Web service via PI/XI

Hi experts,

We have a complex interface requirement to definite a system integration of SAP CRM and SAP CLM via webservices.

The process shall be:

1. In SAP CRM: Call an inbound webservice in SAP CLM via PI/XI to deliver data of a master agreement (SAP CLM) to SAP CRM
2. In SAP CLM: Call (by script or comparable) an outbound webservice in SAP CLM that triggers a program in SAP CRM (via PI/XI) to deliver master agreement data

Currently, we have 3 questions:

• Is this process stable with PI/XI and webservices?
• Do Inbound webservices in SAP CLM have “return” parameters to fulfill requirement 1?
• How can we define Outbound webservices?

We need some help and advise to realize the requirement of our customer. We would appreciate this.
