Help with Payroll Error

While running the payroll for the current month, I am receiving the following error for two employees. Their payrolls have been run for previous months without any issue, the error has only come up now in the third month. The error is as follows :

                  Basic entry in IT :

Using SAP ERP localized version for Saudi Arabia.Need urgent help with this error. Any and all help and responses will be greatly appreciated.
