Before anything else let me tell you that I am not an expert when it comes to the technicalities for SAP and I am only an end user/ processor.
We are posting invoices via tcode FB60 and we want all of our supporting documents like the actual invoices and emails sent to us to be attached in the document. First question, I would like to know how much memory can SAP take for the attachments that we place in our documents? Does it depend on what kind of SAP that we have? Ours is SAP 740 Final release. Is there a limit to the space? Second, which type of file is better, .PDF or .TIF, when it comes to file size? Can you suggest the best software that we can use to convert PDFs to .tiff?
