Surcharge
Decree-law 159-D/2015, published on December 30, 2015, stablishes a legal change in the IRS surcharge calculation. In 2016, the surcharge rate is variable, it depends on the employee's income. From January 1st, 2017, the IRS surcharge will be removed.
The following note has the required changes to apply this legal change in the system:
